Coffee/tea breaks are 30 mins, lunch breaks are 1.5 hours and dinner breaks are 2 hours so you will have LOTS of time to connect, network, rest, eat and get outside. There are so many great cafes and restaurants nearby and a nice bistro and sitting area in the Rotary centre too. And of course - the waterfront!
What to bring: You’ll want these essentials with you
• Pens • Coloured pens, highlighters, stickers (these enhance your learning…. and they’re fun!)
• Water bottle (stay hydrated and be eco-friendly)
• Travel mug (one that doesn’t leak) for your tea or coffee (there’s a bistro downstairs!)
• Layers - in case you get too warm or too cool
• Snacks (easy to eat, non-noisy snacks in case hunger comes early!)
• Dress in a way that makes you feel best! Maybe that’s yoga tights and a hoodie or maybe it’s a snazzy business dress and heels! Represent your business and practice being in the vibration of who you want to be and where you want to go!

There will be a networking table by the registration area. Please bring the following marketing collaterals from your business (products / services) or events that you want to introduce:

This will be a great opportunity for marketing your business or events to get each other’s information to create partnerships.
Place your marketing collaterals in the networking table and also to bring it with you by the end of the event, or else, they will be recycled.
You may bring prizes to add to our amazing prize table for the participants, we give out prizes throughout the conference and if you have some valuable items such as GC’s or gift certificates for your services and product samples in gift boxes/baskets. The prize table will be out for collecting prizes during the registration and throughout the weekend.
What’s the process to receive a full scholarship for the conference?
A: Click on the ticket link to register, pay $130 for the scholarship and you already have your scholarship slot. You will get the $100 commitment back at the door.
If I pay the $130, is there a chance I won’t get accepted for the scholarship and be expected to pay $697?
Nope. If you pay the $100 seat deposit and the $30 processing fee that will be all you pay and we will give you your $100 seat deposit back at the door.
Is the $130 good for two seats?
The $130 is only for one participant.
How limited are the scholarship slots?
There are a still slots left for the scholarship. You may still register and secure your’s.
Will I get a refund if suddenly I am unable to attend the conference?
The commitment deposit of $100 is non-refundable, however you will get $100 credit to use towards next years event or a business training with Elizabeth.
It is non-refundable if you cancel your spot but can be transferred to a later event. When you attend, your deposit will be refunded to you on day 1
(The $30 processing fee is non-refundable and will not be put towards credit)
You’re on your own for meals and snacks but there are many restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk of the theatre. There’s also a bistro right in the lower lobby of the theatre.
